How can I pay for products in the Click Computers shop?
Purchase is possible by cash, bank transfer / payment, in the shop - Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro cards.
I buy for my own company. Can I pay from a company account?
You can pay from a company account. As part of the payment method, you need to select the payment option (or payment via invoice), complete the transfer order and make the funds transfer, upon receipt of the invoice.
Can I order a product online?
Of course, we are here to facilitate you in every way. The ordering of goods can be done via website, mail or phone call. If payment is recorded on the day of ordering, no later than 2pm, the goods will be sent the same day and tomorrow will be with you.
If for some reason the goods cannot be sent the same day, the seller will inform you in time of the delivery time.
Payment methods for online ordering?
Currently, payment methods when goods are ordered online (or by mail / telephone), are by payment slip or cash courier, upon delivery.
How does my ordered goods arrive at the address and is the postage included in the price?
Click Computers in cooperation with the company Montenomaks delivers goods all over Montenegro, every working day. Items that are sent and shipped on Fridays will arrive at your address on Mondays. For shipments with a value of less than 50 €, the buyer will be responsible for the transportation costs. For all shipments worth over 50 €, the price of shipping is included in the price of the item / product you have traded.
Can I order the product online without having to download it personally?
This option is also possible. You can order the goods online or by phone and then pick them up at our retail store between 9am and 4pm.
I mistakenly ordered the product or canceled the purchase.
All you have to do is notify us (by mail, phone) as soon as possible that you have canceled your purchase.
Reservations
The goods you order are kept on reservation for 24 hours. If you do not make a payment to our account within 24 hours, we will consider that you have canceled your purchase and your order will be canceled. During this period, the goods on the reservation are kept at the prices that were at the time of your ordering, regardless of whether the price changed in the meantime (to more).
